 I graduated from Concordia University of Montreal (John Molson School of business) in December 2004 where  I received a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, major in International Business and minor in Finance.

 I am a hard worker and a detail-oriented person able to work independently and as a member of a group. I can also perform multiple activities at the same time, name and analyze new problems, collect and study data to come up with convincing conclusions. 

     I am fluent in French, English, and Arabic. I have an intermediate level in Spanish and a basic level in Japanese. Also, I have excellent organizational as well as interpersonal and communication skills that should allow me to work effectively within your organization.

   Finally, I have more than 5 years of experience in Customer service as well as in Administration, couple of years in Translation and  3 years in Marketing & Communication.
