Started journey as a fresher in US Healthcare Medical Billing from June 2022. Initially trained in AR – Medical Billing and worked mostly on Physical Therapy specialty for the first 6 months and learned new things regarding HRCM.

After 6 months, I was moved to a multi-speciality client and worked in Internal Medicine, Urgent Care and many more specialties. The role was also changed, as with my own production. Now I have been tasked to assist my colleagues with their production and quality too. Also, get exposure to Billing actions and data management.

After 1 and a half years, I was promoted to Senior AR Executive and now handle a team of 20+ members along with clients and accounts. It helped me develop a lot of soft skills within myself and improved me professionally in managing people, accounts and data.
