My work experiences revolves around customer service and telesales. I’ve worked with BPO for almost 5 years handling US based telecommunication accounts. I also got technical background since I’ve also worked as technical support for universal remotes. If you are familiar with Harmony Remotes, Hub, Amazon Alexa and Google Home, those are some of the stuff i used to support. And as for my Sales experiences, I’ve been with Comcast, Verizon and Sprint telesales. I used to offer new line of business like phone,cable,internet as well as home automation services. But before i enter BPO, i am a cold caller for an in-house account catering paper works and assignments.
