I am Tinyeko Mahlaule a graduate in IT in System development 2011 NQF5 and database development 2012 NQF6 at CTU training solutions. The college is one of the best in the country. Admission to such a college where students are highly competent equipped me with a constant awareness to be disciplined and an enthusiasm for change in order to be ahead of others.

 In terms of interpersonal communication, I am responsive to my colleagues and am eager to help and learn whenever possible, I am good at team work, able to consider and analyse different opinions, and take the lead when necessary. I am good at persuading others by creating relationships based on mutual trust and understanding, eager for new challenges.

My work experience that have developed at Omulozi Omuhle was a supervisors in installation and hotel renovation was a good experience because I learnt to work under pressure, meeting of deadlines, interact with different people. At Mamepe Promotions & fleet management which was a transport and logistics business here I was an operations manager tasked to do the admin of vehicles, staff, and providing a good service to the client. At The Tea Merchant it was a general worker/ driving where the company had retail stores selling tea and accessories. At warehouse I used take orders prepare, pick, and pack orders for delivery, dispatching, Receiving stock, unload truck and doing deliveries. At Nespresso I worked as a general worker too. Here I prepare, complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule, receive and process warehouse stock, perform inventory controls and driving. 2020 January I started a Systems Development learnership at Qualitative Innovations Systems for 3 months contract got terminated due to COVID19. In January 2022 I started at Sybrin SA LTD as a AI Coach till November 2023 contract expired. My duties were document using a scrapper and creating a template using Typescript, SIT, UAT testing, Application Support, maintaining the Database for transactions. The career that I would like see myself is in IT software programming. Since I am having a difficulty finding employment in that industry. Anything will do it’s a challenge to grow as a person and who knows I might end enjoying but as long as it pays well and opportunities are there within the company. In terms of availability I am on the market and willing to relocate too.
