I am a Scrum Master since 4 years.
My career has started as a computer science teacher where I developed many skills such as:

– teaching and mentoring various groups of people,

– facilitating the activites that will be done,

– planning class sessions, exams and all necessary activities,

– leading and guiding learners to find and to understand new knowledge,

– removing obstacles when learners are asked to build new projects or to look for new knowledge,

– acting as a mediator to handle conflicts between students promoting healthy discussion and problem-solving,

– retrospecting the students’ work to evaluate their progress by providing feedback and evaluating each student after activities and exams.

All those skills and more led me to progress and become a scrum master, an opportunity that I had when finishing my master degree in 2017 by becoming a web developper and a scrum facilitator. I had the opportunity to learn more about how to become a scrum master and I did it by the end of 2019.
I constantly look for improving my knowledge and skills.
