I have strong written and oral communication skills. At my previous jobs, I dealt with about fifty to one hundred clients per day, answering questions about the company and directing people to the correct offices. I would also call dozens of clients per day to confirm appointments and send emails every day to clients. I also doubled as an assistant to the managing director at Quest Financial Services as well as my current Job at Crowe Zimbabwe. My responsibilities included processing of the payroll, managing petty cash, note-taking, scheduling, booking hotels and flights, renting conference rooms, ordering catering for luncheons, sending executive correspondences, and taking phone calls. I also did small projects and ran errands for the managing director. I also prepared board packs for the board meetings as well as minute taking for our internal meetings within the organization. As an administrator I would Ensure office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times, occasionally traveling off-site to deliver reports or files to other departments, Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems, ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information, running and preparing the payroll and preparing contracts and offer letters
