Been in the BPO industry for almost 5 years with different company. My first company is with Qualfon and my account is with Straightalk it’s a mobility account, then the 2nd company I worked with is Sykes I was under with 2 accounts, my first account is with Century link as a Tech support/ Email Support then was moved to Google Account and was one of the pioneer agents since I am under Wave 2. My first account in Google is Google play which we cater refunds on in app purchases more likely we answer inquiries through phone and chat. Then was moved to Google Home support a technical account since we handled customer setting up, troubleshooting their google home device. Then I applied in Arcanys and stayed there for almost 5 months as a VA. My tasks there are Generating Leads in LinkedIn, and when they got me my first client, it  was a real estate in Australia “Rate My Agent” we called out leads who are interested in real estate and manually upload and delete listings. 

I was one of the top agent in consecutive for 3 months way back when I was with Sykes. I am an undergrad student and I am willing to learn new things to expand my knowledge and skills.
