The opportunity of having given an Australian Development Scholarship way back in 2007 up to 2008, gave me the chance to handle HR Management tasks which made me one of the HR Practitioners in our organization for almost 10 years, The four HR core functions such as recruitment, performance, training and development as well as rewards and recognition have been rotational assignments experienced by all of us HR practitioners to be able to make our expertise applied in a holistic approach. Also, the job that have been given me lately being an Administrative Officer has tasked me to execute functions in handling personnel relations and other office operational management on top of the administrative functions  that beset in the duties and functions of an administrative officer like technical writing in answering queries, endorsement letters and other related writing reports submission, have been tasked by my position which have made my competence in the writing field improved and developed. 

In another experiences, I was tasked to assist in the recruitment section and functioned as Secretariat of the Personnel Selection Board for 3 years.  ,Also, I had functioned as reviewer and coach in the performance section with 5 offices under my care in the review of the almost 400 employees including its key personnel, as well as the rank and file,  in the review of their respective performance ratings having been translated in their individual performance commitment appraisals. 

Further, having trained and considered as one of the ” pool of trainers” in our organization, I used to being requested as assessment facilitator during mid-year and year-end assessments and operations planning of some offices, as well as in coaching of  these employees with regard to their performance targets and ratings. Furthermore, the task of having been assigned as Secretariat team leader in the Rewards and Recognition section , gave me the additional skill in evaluating and validating the merit and fitness of an employee being nominated for the model employee award which is done monthly.

As having been in this type of job for about 23 years, and because I want to explore in another endeavor using the above mentioned job experiences, I look forward to be given an extra job and that if I find this financially sound and helped my future that supersedes the meager pay and compensation that I only have from my current job, I will honestly fulfill and do the best that I can should there being any be-given tasks being offered within the bounds of my capacity, so I can also help the employer satisfied and appreciate my work using the principle of equity that is ” equal work, equal pay”.
