Hi clients! I am Roche currently working as an IT helpdesk for an IT company that was established in Singapore. We do access point/MAS server monitoring daily. Create monitoring reports and sending to NOC for reference. I also provide first level support for end users from hotels and opening tickets for logging issues, alerts and events.
I also worked as a Technical Support Professional in a BPO company (for 4 years) here in the Philippines and I am under Verizon account and there we handle first level support by checking the orders being entered from Sales team, creating tickets for dispatch and repair request or installation and equipment replacement or onsite troubleshooting.
I can also do basic photo editing/ data entry works and customer support or some administrative tasks.
