• Production support for facilities at USA, Mexico, Costa Rica, Spain, Hungary, China, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Peru, including tickets attendance and improvement projects leading and execution for modules: ASCP, INV, CST, BOM & ENG, WIP, PO, OM, AP, AR GL,FA , PA Landed Cost Management, Integrated Receiving for Brazil, and localizations for all Latino American countries listed above. Included:
o Support for maintaining and resolving issues involving master data including, Items, Suppliers and Customers
o Support attending issue resolution on transactional data in all SCM and Finance modules, including: Inventory Transactions with its related costing information, Purchase Documents, AP Invoices, AP Payments, Sales Orders, AR Invoices, AR Customer Cash Receipts, Fixes Assets and Projects.
o Supported Full month close process, including Closing procedures from subledger applications like INV, PO, AP, AR, etc, Transfer to GL, and GL Closure itself.
o As part of issue following, prepared SLQ query scripts to gather data from Oracle Data base for its analysis, and in some cases performed inserts to some custom and interface tables.
o Reprocessed stuck transactions in different modules interfaces.
o Etc.
• Maintained Tax data for Costa Rica, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Peru. Maintained Tax data in Oracle including these business needs:
o Created new required Tax rates and disabled unused ones, and setup the necessary to get new ones applied during transactions.
o Implemented new tax scenarios
o Setup tax Exemption changes
• Led and implemented electronic Invoicing and electronic fiscal books for Mexico;
• Led and implemented electronic invoicing for Costa Rica, Peru and Colombia.

• Functional support for implementing best practices according to business needs for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, specially for supply planning and the areas related to it.
o Design and build with business, required multiorganization demand/supply network (Multiechelon planning) based on business demand and supply characteristics considering the different involved item types and its characteristics(Demand type, Storage Cost, Transportation cost, etc), including:
 Involved Inventory organizations, subinventories and items
 Assignment Sourcing sets with its sourcing rule assignments to indicate sourcing either by external supplier or inventory organization, for the different items.
 Define and fine tune item planning attributes including order modifiers
 Design and setup planning exception messages.

• Oracle functional support for Oracle Cloud Implementation, Support for initial balances load for Oracle Inventory Cloud, Procurement Cloud, Expenses Cloud, Cost Management Cloud and General Accounting Cloud. Activities included:
o Oracle Cloud configuration validation to get sure all required setups for initial loads are covered and reflecting Work Books released by Business.
o Functional support on performing full cycle tests on Oracle CLOUD, for example for Oracle Expenses (including: Expense Prepayments, expense Reimbursement, export to Payables Cloud, Validation and Approval of generated AP transactions, payment of them, and accounting of AP Transactions and Payments.). In inventory module, item creation and inventory transactions. In Procurement, Purchase requisition creation, Purchase contract creation, purchase Orders creation, etc.
o Functional support for accounting generation from subledgers: Payables Cloud, Receivables Cloud, Inventory Cloud, and Fixed Assets Cloud. Analysis of generated accounting in General Ledger Cloud and conciliation vs subledgers.
