*Make monthly Attendance report for the Monthly Salary and for the
reference of our Accountant.
*Answer incoming calls and provide basic information (if needed).
*Outsourcing new applicants
*Welcome visitor/guest by greeting them in person or over the phone.
*Answer,screen and forward incoming calls while providing basic information when needed.
*Receive and sort daily email
*Ensure that reception is tidy and presentable always
*Order office supplies and inventory of stocks.
*Update calendars and schedules of the Managing Director
*Process documents to any Government establishment such as processing Company license, Employee employment visa or Tourist visa for our clients ( IF PRO is not around)
*Provide administrative support such as letter writing.
*Send emails to clients /inquiries.
*Arrange courier for deliveries of documents.
*Perform clerical duties such as filing and Photo copying.
Arrange travel and accommodation for staff, Clients and Managing
Director if they travel
*Process Job order to Philippine Embassy and contact affiliated Agency
in Philippines.
*Maintaining the cleanliness of the whole office.
*Ordering supplies for Pantry, Conference and office.
*Serve coffee or any drinks to guest and Managing Directors only.
*Answer and forwarding incoming calls while providing basic information when needed.

*Keep a record of how much money handed over before we open the store.
*Keep a record of how much money i earned after my shift.
*Punch in all items accurately
*After taking cash payment from the customers, double check how much is the total and change must be given in return.
*Make an Outbound telephone calls to customers and/or delivers scripted or non-scripted message to customers via telephone during designated hours.
*Responds appropriately to customer objections and request.
*Delivers accurate description of products and/or services to customers.
*Get some information of the customer if they are convinces and submit the papers to the bank and follow up if they approve the clients loan application.
We will review the reports from both freelancer and employer to give the best decision. It will take 3-5 business days for reviewing after receiving two reports.
