 I possess 4 years of BPO experience and more than a year of working from home. I have a strong personality and hard working. I started as a Customer Service Professional for a year the promoted as an NBN Case Manager for another year. My job there was taking escalations or supervisory calls. I experienced handling different types of complaint. My most recent job was with My Online Business Education(MOBE) as a Sales Support Staff which is a work from home. It lasted for almost a year. My job there was providing support to the Sales coaches who provide training to clients. I handled multiple requests/task which also includes processing payments and doing special projects.
