7 years in a BPO company handling large companies. Like Microsoft, Facebook and Telstra account. I have supported finance task to handle the Account Receivable and Financial Management which included Forecasting, Budgeting, and Cost Analysis. I also have experience in customer service communicate thru email and calls for those accounts in different countries located in Australia, New Zealand, North America, Canada, India, and other Asian countries.

My achievement in this project:  

1   1. Build a good relationship with the client.

2.    2. Always met the month over month collection target $10M /monthly and a majority of the Accounts Receivable were collected timely versus previous collection history.

3.     3. High standard customer service provided to the client which results in continuous providing services to them.

4.    4. Contribute process improvement for the collection process of an agent from working on a task like sending email to customers for 3 hours because of automation it can be completed in 1 hour.

2 years’ experience in an IT company as Business Analyst, my role is to provide service for the continuous growth and the success of the account, The task is related to Invoice Assurance, Collection, Cost Analysis, Intercompany charges report analysis, Governance reports, Forecasting and Adhoc tasks required by the client.

My achievement in this project:

1.    1. Well managed the Accounts Receivable from $1M past due to ZERO past due to invoices every in the span of less than a year.

2.     2. Help with the documentation needed which results in the successful renewal of contracts with the client.

3.     3. Recovery unbilled revenue amount of $30K in the new services provided to the client.

I have basic knowledge in QuickBooks, experience SAP and Oracle. I’m willing to be trained new accounting software and eager to learn new skills required for this job.
