HI, 

 

My name is Nathally Joy D. Osborne. I would like to let you know that I am interested to apply for the job position that you’re looking for, I graduated in college, took up Bachelor in Science in Biology, I know that it looks like tricky that I this is not suppose to be the field for my job. I have been a working student started when I was 18 years old. I started being a Customer Service Representative for Target, a US base account.  I was new to the BPO industry back then so I didn’t last long. Second job was a technical support in Alorica I stayed there for 3 years being a technical consultant for Comcast account, Third job that I had was in Convergys being a Customer Service but more on Technical Support. After 3 months, I was promoted as a Sales Validator after gaining certificates of achievements. I stayed there for 5 years.

 

I learned to manage different kind of people all around the world talking to them over the phone. It enhanced my ability and skills in many aspects: clarity, confidence, being in a call center industry, I easily gained confidence by conversing to different people at wrk and over the phone, Respect, it was hard to gain it with other people I work with but I did. They trust me to handle them, mold them and encourage them. Empathy, I tend to understand better by listening to each and everyones side, I manage to balance things to gather the best solution for problems. 

 

I believe that with me applying to this kind of job will add more of my unknown skill that I can apply on my daily routine. I am willing to undergo training if needs be.
