I worked as a Customer Service Representative for two years at Convergys and Technical Support Representative for a year at VXI Global Holdings, INC. Both jobs required Voice Chat of which I was assigned to do.

At VXI, which is my former employer, I handled the Internet and Cable provider account which provides assistance to customers regarding any concerns related, but not limited to, internal and cable billings and data plans.

In addition to this, I also communicate with other departments to ask assistance on matters related to customer concerns/inquiries and thereafter send reply emails to customers regarding the same.

Moreover, it is also a part of our job to deliver excellent customer service to meet not only the demands of our clients but as well as to provide quality service and customer satisfaction.
