I have been working in the BPO for more than 7 years. I have handled different skillsets from phones to emails and chats. I have background in customer service and technical support and as a virtual assist as well. I have worked with different accounts from a monitoring software; an online shopping platform; mortgage services and networking accessories. 

From Aug 2007 – Jun 2012

Works as both Customer service and technical support representative for WebWatcher. Skillsets handled are chat using livechat/liveperson; phones; emails/tickets using salesforce; remote in using loginmeinresuce to customer’s computer to troubleshoot and do initial installation.

From  Apr 2015 – Apr 2016

Works as customer service representative for eBay AU. Handles both emails and calls; I was with mediations team for sellers and buyers. I am being contacted by buyers who needs help with their purchased items and or sellers who needs assistance with their buyers.

From Apr 2016 – Dec 2016 (FirstSource Ltd. Apr 2016 – Dec 2016)

Works as customer service representative. Handled purely phones, answers to their  mortgage account questions.

From Jan 2017 – Jan 2018

Works as technical support representative with LinkSys. Assists customers with initial installation; troubleshoot with their networking accessory eg routers; range extenders etc
