·         Around 9+ years of IT experience in unix, SQL and Oracle/Sybase based Applications and Production Support (L1 & L2) in investment banking & financial services domain.

·         Basic understanding on Amazon Web Services cloud technology.

·         Hands on with unix shell scripting, Oracle PL/SQL, SQL query, Sybase DB, Java, Perl.

·         Exposure in writing shell & DB script to automate the routine support processes like checking the system health logs, email alerting on critical batch failures.

·         Root cause analysis (RCA) to determine the origin of problems for application and batch related issues and creating incident/tickets for its permanent fix/workaround with development team.

·         Hands on experience in Production and pre-production (UAT) environments including release management like creating the tag and doing the deployment of code in UAT environment.

·         TIL V3 certified. Expertise in ITIL processes such as incident management, problem management, change management and SLA. Exposure to service now.

·         Monitoring of business critical batch processing scheduled by autosys and monitored by Geneos. Monitoring platform performance using application insight.

·         Help the QA team perform regression and system tests.

·         Transition platform knowledge within and across teams as and when required.

·         3+ years of exposure with team lead role.
