I have spent time learning and developing my skills working at an Internet Cafe consultant p& Retail. I feel I am ready to take on bigger responsibilities one day when given the chance to work outside of my current job spec. Customer service is all about being an active listener, giving complete directions, following up with clients and even with members of the team. I know I am ready to take on any responsibilities to broaden my knowledge and add to the skills that I currently have.
