I am a Freelancer with a very diverse set of experience looking to build and expand my portfolio with the help of multiple different channels and platforms. A college dropout with strong communication, organizational and technical skills acquired from, and honed through years of working across various lines of business.

I have worked as a Call Center Agent, Researcher, Web Content Writer and Marketing Assistant for several years and I wanted to get out of the usual nine to five routine by becoming a freelancer and use some of my extra time to improve on other areas. My skill set include Sales, Customer Service, Customer Retention, Social Media Management, Article/Blog/Web Content/SEO Writing, Marketing and Virtual Assistance and many others.

A challenge is something that I am always looking forward to deal with as it was what has greatly helped me to improve on areas that needed refinement. As an advocate of learning, I always make sure that I learn something from whatever it is that I am working on, whether little or substantial. I have no problem working under pressure and I am as positive as ever that I will be able to accomplish tasks delegated to me in a timely and professional manner, no matter the circumstances.
