Established the Century Properties Group vaccination program from ground up in partnership with Makati City Health and the Department of Health. Secured all necessary licenses and permits ahead of other private organizations.
Co-headed the first expansion of the brand and locked in commitments from brand partners all within a quarter.
Co-leads all new business development strategies for the 22 hospitals with emphasis on HMO and Corporate partnerships. Initiates exploratory meetings, sharing of data and proposal generation for every new lead. Sees through all activities leading to launch, establishes the metrics and monitors the business impact of each project.

Tapped the top 3 HMOs which drives 80% of the HMO business. This is now running with established model programs and a toolkit for easy replication.
Initiated the first health loan solution program together with Maya to provide access to easy payment assistance.
Piloted the first multi-million contract for the Corporate business and saw results beginning the first month.
