– Answering emails
– Docusign
– Leasing of available properties in the website and leasing platforms like Zillow, Craigslist, Zumper
– Screening of applicants – emailing their previous landlords and previous employer, screening their credit score, checking the court records
– Airbnb – answering inquiries, Coordinate the needs and concerns of the guests in our cleaning team and maintenance team.
