Currently working as a site engineer on PROPOSED OFFICE BLOCK FOR CURZON PROPERTIES LTD.-17 storey, undertaking the following duties.

Setting the profile and land marks for excavation of the foundation.
• Setting out for structural member’s construction.
• Preparation of project program (MS project), procurement list and schedules, project execution plan, inception and mobilization check lists etc.
• Updating of the construction program after every two weeks and writing of weekly mini-programs to ensure timely completion of project.
• Writing of daily, weekly and monthly work progress reports.
• Writing of required contractor’s submittal forms; RFI, AFI, CT, RFA, AI, COI etc, and updating their registers.
• Preparation of bar bending schedules (BBS) and using of steel cutting optimization software (1d stock cutter 3.11) to avoid wastage of cutoffs and keeping/updating steel delivery register and ensuring a good comparison with the BBS.
• Carrying out re-measurements using phantom PDF, adobe or QTO software.
• Interpreting of architectural and structural drafts for the foremen and provision of required dimensions.
• Organizing cubes casting and testing/keeping and updating cube test results register.
• Construction organization and supervision.
• Carrying out reinforcement and formwork checks prior to casting and before inspection by the consulting Engineer and keeping of check-list records.
• Keeping of biometric attendance records and organizing of tool box talks thus ensuring site rules are crystal clear and obeyed, emphasizing mostly on wearing of PPE’s.
