    Ran the ship dock for BWI2 Amazon fulfillment center. Would manage 24 dock doors at all times in a 10 hr shift. Allocating different sorts such as UPS next day UPS same day UPS 2 day etc.. as well as Fedex, DHL, and all major freight and shipping lines. Would also have communication with TDR team (trailer dock release) to make sure all trailers were safe and inspected before employees got inside to build walls of packages, and to ensure when it was time to close the trailer that no one was left inside said trailer. Would have contact with the yard jockeys to let them know which dock doors to drop trailers off at and when to come pick them up. Would have drivers sign in and sit in the lobby while their trailer was being loaded would also collect all drivers keys so no one could hook up and leave for safety reasons. On a average day looking at around 325000 packages during holidays around 600000.
