Allow me to start by introducing myself. My name is Jazzie Ruffa Sumalpong- Manuel. I worked as a Senior Case Resolutions Manager for Airbnb for two years and combined 10 years of experience in Customer Service for other Bpo centers here in the Philippines. I have worked with multiple CRM’s that are very vital with property management such as (Guesty, Breezeway, Slack, Hospitable, Turno, Price labs, Stream and etc)
As of the moment, I am only looking for a part-time position available. Non-voice preferably. However, very flexible with full time position too.
I have a strong background with managing and supporting STR companies.
My experience as an Airbnb Support for 3 years has always been an advantage within this field. I have better understanding and knowledge with Airbnb’s policies and best practices since I worked as case managers who fully assist guests and hosts with their concerns.
I am currently connected to a mid/large size STR company which we manage and host 1000++ properties. I used to be working as a guest complaints specialist, reviews analyst however was recently promoted in operations.
I have experience and have been exposed to multiple CRM’s and tools. Guesty, Breezeway, Hospitable, Airbnb, Ring, Noiseaware, Asana, Stream and much more.
