I am a skilled Customer Service Officer with 6 years of work experience dealing with customers of different brands across multiple fields and industries. I am able to creatively yet easily guide customers to solutions to whatever challenges they might be experiencing with a product, service or community. I have worked in a customer service capacity with NGOs, religious organisations and an engineering company.
