    After 2 years working from my previous account, we were all transferred to a different account since our previous account did not renew their contract to the company. Therefore, my current work was to cater customers that has issues with their services specifically for the internet and phones. We do reset of the modem, offer our products to make a sale, and to check customers account if they have past dues. We have to educate customers of the new udpates of the company, check possible reasons why their services are not working, escalate the issue to proper department. Walk customers through on how to reset their password for their account, walk them on how to access their wifi password. We also walk them through on how to configure their email to their email client.
