I started working in a business process outsourcing company and worked with different accounts such as sales, collections and technical support. With those experiences, I was able to improve my English communication and phone handling skills since I’ve been doing outbound and taking inbound calls. I also realized that I am versatile and can easily grasp ideas. After that, I decided working home based to spend more time with my family. All of the clients I worked with are into real estate business. I was cold calling for investors and realtors. I also worked as a portfolio manager for a property management company.
