I have been working since 2004 related to the field of Customer Service, technical support, Inbound sales and IT helpdesk with Alorica Phils, Sykes Asia, 77 Global Services, Comodo Phils and Shore Solutions. I am proud to say that I am a skilled and well knowledgeable in Customer handling, Appointment Setting, TechnicalQA Support, Outbound Caller, and Sales.

I was able to experience working at home in 2016 from May to September for a credit card processing company name United Payment Solution as an appointment setter and only in 2017 that I was able to work full time at home with 3 separate companies such as Reissi Empire LTD, Night Owl Computer, and PriceDuck LLC. From 2018 to present, for one year I have two clients and I have informed them that I am handling two tasks on separate shifts. They allowed me to work for them at the same time because I am a very transparent person and I don’t want to hide any secrets with my clients.

With these two clients, I have learned to handle customers by providing exceptional customer service, implementing the resolution, and also to enthusiastically show that you are willing to help and give that extra mile they deserve.
