    I worked as a customer service representative for Trancom handling COMCAST based in USA. I worked in collections, billing, and retention. What we normally do is more on answering billing inquiries, process payment, sales, disconnect service, and transfer services due to moving. I really love my previous job as you can see I stayed there for a while until I moved to a new location.
