Reporting to the Vice-President – Total Rewards Philippines, I help manage the Total Rewards (Pay & Benefits) team of the company (19-staff team). I help ensure quality and timely delivery of pay and rewards of around 4,000 employees spread in two locations – Manila & Cebu. I assist in compensation planning and benefits programs and policies creation and control. Prior my latest role, I took the Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist roles where I did general Human Resources.
