After 1 year as the assistant, I was promoted to head digital marketing manager of the agency. I maintained full control of all client ad accounts across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, & Microsoft. I also handled all client communication & meetings, regarding their ad accounts. My responsibilities included creating strategy reports with my recommendations on how to advertise the product or service being focused on, building out these ad campaigns, monitoring closely & completing ongoing management to improve the performance, & compiled routine performance updates for clients.
Was hired as an assistant to perform routine maintenance tasks, such as reviewing the ad accounts & alerting the managers to anything urgent or important. This also included data entry to platforms such as Excel & Word, or aiding in the creation & design of reports & presentations.
