I have a strong experience in Accounting, Taxation, financial modeling, Preparation of Business Plan & Valuation, Preparation of bid documents for PPP projects, Institutional studies and strengthening. I also a have a full time Law degree. I have been part of the team in drafting many legal agreements such as Sale agreement, Concessionaire agreement, Joint venture agreement etc in many Real estate and Public Private Partnership projects. I have done many technical and financial presentations during bidding stage and also during executing the projects at various levels. I have also been responsible for Identification and liaison with the sub-consultants and independent experts for hiring and outsourcing for Infrastructure projects of various sectors. Have done some excellent projects to the clients and added value to the outcome, I have handled projects under various sector such as Tourism, Real Estate, Urban Infrastructure, Biomass(Renewable Energy), Water Supply & Sewerage, Solid Waste Management, Agriculture, Parking Lot, Road etc. I have expertise in financial advisory domain as well with focus on preparation of business plans, Valuation, financial models, infrastructure advisory, stakeholder consultation, project bid process management, equity & market research, etc. I have prepared Feasibility study and selection of a JV partner through Bid Process Management for a various projects such as for Multi-level parking project, Oceanarium facility, Biomass based power plants, Agriculture Terminal Market, Truck Terminal, Solid Waste Management, redevelopment of Daily market space, Lake Restoration and Redevelopment, Tourism projects, Residential cum Commercial projects in various places etc. Have been part of the core team in many internationally funded projects by World Bank, JBIC etc. As far as corporate consulting is considered have been involved in preparation of Business Plans and Valuation for many companies in various sectors such as manufacturing, pharmaceutical, Iron ore manufacturer, Auto Ancillary, Hotel industry(Service sector), Real Estate etc. I was actively involved and was part of the core team in Preparation of Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOP) for a listed company.
