I am a continous learner, currently responsible for researching, designing, developing, delivering and evaluating training initiatives that promote people capabilities throughout the businesses in the European and Middle East and Africa region.
I am constantly identifying training needs throughout the Sales organization and assisting line managers in helping to identify individual or group/team training needs.
I do love to develop and source soft-skills, technical or sales learning programs – always eager to learn more!
My current responsibilities are multi-faceted, working with internal personnel, third party distributors, WD’s, agency resources and corporate global resources.
