I started working as an occupational therapist assistant way back 2016 in different pediatric settings that allowed me to hone my skills in having the ability to have good interpersonal skills with the management, my client and my client’s family, to be keen to the accuracy of details, in customizing a treatment plan based on the clients’ needs and goals, in data entry and encoding, medical translation and in making sure that there would be no error in grammar and punctuations. 

Currently, I am working in a Business Process Outsourcing Company working in an account that deals with sales. This account allows me to apply the skills that I have learned as an Occupational Therapist Assistant. It assisted me in dealing with different situations in a calm manner as I take inbound and outbound calls, allowed me to immediately grasp and customize the product needed by my customers, and paved the way in creating unique and personalised emails to every customer I have dealt with.
