Hello! You may call me Charm, I’ve been working as an IT Helpdesk officer for almost 2 years and been part of the Incident Management team.
In my previous working years, I can say that I have accomplished a lot of things in my career. Especially customer support with regards to their technical matters until I enter the I.T. world which I love doing the most because of my network and security foundation that I gained from my previous projects.
I am very much skillful in utilizing my resources and software since I’ve been used to different interfaces with different clients previously.
I don’t have any educational degree on this, but I have vast experience and an outstanding way of understanding in this sector of the job. A degree in this field of work will never stop me in striving, to work with a passion for what I do best.
