Duties:
• Preparation of the Monthly incentives.
• Update Payroll and Expense Reports.
• Complete Bank listings for the respective Banks.
• Ensure claims are sent out to NIS.
• Review and approval of employees requesting vacation.
• Distribution of Monthly incentives.
• Filing of disputes and approved vacation forms.
• Ensure new employees are registered for NIS and TIN.
• Explanation to new hires the Payroll system, pay dates and provide feeedback
regarding any payroll related questions.
• Distribution of wages cheques.
• Preparation of NIS and PAYE report.
• Update the Payroll Database with employee’s information.
Duties:
• Complete Attendance of 1500+ customer reps
• Prepare correspondence letters
• Ensure claims are sent out to NIS
• Review and approval of employees requesting vacation.
• Ensure new employees are registered for NIS and TIN.
Duties:
• Supervise a team of two Payroll Analysts.
• Review and supervise the Duties performed by the Payroll Analysts.
• Preparation of fortnightly Payroll and Bonus files.
• Review the Payroll and bonus files, also approved disputes.
• Preparation of the Monthly incentives.
• Update Payroll and Expense Reports.
• Complete Bank listings for the respective Banks.
• Crediting of employees salaries into various Accounts.
• Ensure that overtime worked, holiday paid, changes to employee’s salaries etc. are authorized and approved.
• Update the Payroll Database with employee’s information.
• Audit the Payroll Database to ensure Payroll Analysts are updating accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure Payroll Analysts are in compliance with company policy and procedures.
• Communicate with the respective banks regarding employee’s payments.
