Drive the operation of our customer environments:
 Handles McAfee Application Infrastructure and Software Center Configuration Management (SCCM)
 3rd level troubleshooting and support in many different applications
 Creation of technical and operational management documentation
 Monitoring of core infrastructure components
 Storage handling tasks
 Case handling with selected vendors
 Planning and installation of various firmware and drivers on servers
 Basis OS error analysis in Windows 2003/2008/2012, including clustered setups
 Create basic installation/uninstall/configuration scripts (VBscript / Powershell)
• Working in accordance with ITIL best practices
• Incident handling according to process guidelines
• Handling of standard service requests according to process guidelines
• Handling of standard changes according to process guidelines
• Develop and keep documentation updated in accordance with our quality management guidelines (QMIT etc.)
• Planning of annual cycle of work activities
• Contribute pro-actively to the continual improvement of our IT operations
• Participate in process optimization and task automation initiatives
• Training and mentoring of less experienced colleagues within own area globally
• Development of multiskilling instructions, including planning and training
• Responsible for coordination and collaboration in global integrated team
• Participate in the development and implementation of structured working methods in global operations services
