•           I obtained a National Average of 93% ; both in Elementary & Secondary National Assessment Examinations.

•           I had a 3-year Academic & Clinical experience in Nursing.

•           I have worked in the best BPO companies in the country: Convergys, Sitel and later on in HSBC.

I had formal trainings in the following:

•           As Fraud Analyst with Citibank (US Citibank clientele).

•           Client Care & Marketing with Sitel.

•           Loans with HSBC (UK HSBC clientele).

            -And currently with Appen Australia as an English Transcriptionist.

The above skills in communication which I developed were supported by my passion in reading, writing & my college exposure in clinical conferences where I would actively participate as presentor / speaker & in other inter-departmental activities like Debating Team competitions.

I also had the precious chance of working as “right-hand assistant” to a retired Medical Center Training Officer in her communication works. Her highly earned qualification as a Scholar in her Masteral Degree & as a government Career Executive Officer Eligible were inspiring for me to work with her & learning so much in the process.

-The nature of projects I’l engage with are home based.

I’l have a comfortable & adequate time working on projects. And with my innate & earned skills plus the burning passion, I can guarantee a “ Timely and Quality Output”. I am hopefully awaiting new opportunities & challenges!
